What Do You Get With 1 on 1 Training?

  • Alternating Weekly Sessions: These sessions are focused on technique/mechanics, sprinting, racing strategies, practice strategies and habits, pacing, warm-up/down, and meet preparation.
  • Athlete Development Plan: We figure out where you are in your long term development, where you should be, and what we are going to do to get you there, and/or pull ahead.
  • Full Personalized Analysis: A personalized analysis of your current freestyle and non-freestyle stroke. This analysis includes Video, Audio, and Written formats with stroke comparisons and drills.
  • ​Weekly Notes: Recordings of the athlete's skill and drill work from the sessions with written notes corresponding to their videos addressing their habit formation.
  • ​Race Analysis: Analysis done over your filmed meet races. Commentary and drawings discussing the use, or lack of use, of skills that affect performance.
  • ​Multi-Athlete Development: Limit of up to 3 athletes. These athletes may be friends or family and should be of similar ability level. Discounted pricing available for Multi-Athlete Development.
